Con­nor was Man­ag­ing Direc­tor of Nielsen Ire­land in his 20’s, and sub­se­quent­ly joined the Nielsen Euro­pean Exec­u­tive Board with func­tion­al respon­si­bil­i­ty across 40+ coun­tries.  He found­ed and sub­se­quent­ly sold 20–20 insights, an award win­ning soft­ware and ana­lyt­ics com­pa­ny. Con­nor also estab­lished Cen­tau­ri Tech­nolo­gies with invest­ment and oper­a­tional activ­i­ties across a port­fo­lio of tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies. He has exten­sive expe­ri­ence in start- ups and is heav­i­ly engaged in ear­ly stage com­pa­ny devel­op­ment.

Dou­glas is Chief Mar­ket­ing and Busi­ness Devel­op­ment Offi­cer of INX Lim­it­ed, the first insti­tu­tion to open their ongo­ing IPO on the blockchain in the Unit­ed States, after hav­ing filed an F1 with the SEC. INX Lim­it­ed will soon launch 2 plat­forms in the US. One for the trad­ing of cryp­tocur­ren­cies and the oth­er for the trad­ing of Secu­ri­ty Tokens. Dou­glas has over 25 years of expe­ri­ence in the finance indus­try, most recent­ly found­ing and build­ing the Chapde­laine FX elec­tron­ic and voice trad­ing busi­ness for inter-deal­er bro­ker TP-ICAP from 2012 to Sep­tem­ber 2018. Dou­glas held var­i­ous roles with Mor­gan Stan­ley from 1996 through 2005; man­ag­ing for­eign exchange deriv­a­tives trad­ing groups in New York and Lon­don, with a strong focus on emerg­ing mar­kets. He then ran the strate­gic trad­ing desk at Mer­rill Lynch from 2005 to 2006, and the Latin Amer­i­can FX trad­ing busi­ness at Stan­dard Char­tered from 2006 to 2009. Dou­glas holds a bach­e­lors of sci­ence in Eco­nom­ics from Carnegie Mel­lon Uni­ver­si­ty and an MBA from Yale University’s School of Man­age­ment.

As a senior HR pro­fes­sion­al, man­ag­ing direc­tor, and as a con­sul­tant, Chris­t­ian has broad expe­ri­ence from star­tups to a glob­al enter­prise (Groupon). He man­aged com­plex inter­na­tion­al teams in high growth envi­ron­ment, oper­at­ing in 30+ coun­tries. He lived and worked in Berlin, Zurich, Syd­ney, and Vien­na. Chris­t­ian is pas­sion­ate about star­tups, tal­ent man­age­ment, peo­ple oper­a­tions, and organ­i­sa­tion­al design.
