Tris­tan Bruem­mer, Chief Mar­ket­ing Offi­cer and Founder of Joy­Bräu Func­tion­al Beer, is a nutri­tion expert with a pas­sion for beer and inno­va­tion. With his exper­tise in R&D, mar­ket­ing and HR, he co-found­ed Joy­Bräu GmbH in 2016, a mul­ti-award win­ning food tech com­pa­ny. In addi­tion to a unique, patent­ed brew­ing tech­nol­o­gy for func­tion­al beer, Joy­Bräu also relies on an inno­v­a­tive blockchain-based financ­ing tool. They are the world’s first food start­up, that enables investors to par­tic­i­pate in the com­pa­ny’s growth through a Secu­ri­ty Token Offer­ing.
With his 8 years of start­up expe­ri­ence, his busi­ness degree and his exec­u­tive role at Joy­Bräu, Tris­tan Brüm­mer is con­sid­ered an inno­va­tion pio­neer in the FMCG sec­tor.

Alexan­der Rap­atz

As legal and finan­cial expert, Alexan­der brings in more than 10 years work­ing expe­ri­ence in top-tier law and Ven­ture Cap­i­tal firms. He was respon­si­ble for struc­tur­ing and exe­cu­tion of invest­ment trans­ac­tions, due dili­gences, nego­ti­a­tion of par­tic­i­pa­tion agree­ments and mon­i­tor­ing invest­ments. Fur­ther­more, Alexan­der is board mem­ber of the Euro­pean Super Angels Club, lec­tur­er at the Busi­ness Angel Insti­tute, and he is an inde­pen­dent expert for “Hori­zon 2020” of the Euro­pean Com­mis­sion.
